Fortnite: the official themed Joy-Con for Nintendo Switch arrive


Nintendo has officially announced the release during next summer, of two new Joy-Con inspired by Fortnite, in blue and yellow.

Nintendo has officially revealed a new Fortnite-themed Joy-Con set, which will arrive on the market by the end of this summer. The set of these brand new Joy-Con will include a new one Joy-Con blue with the Fortnite “F” signature on the back, and a new one Joy-Con yellow with the face of Peely the Banana imprinted on the front of the same. But that’s not all. Joy-Con controllers, in fact, will see including 500 V-Bucks. This bundle, called Fleet Force, will be available for purchase at starting June 4th.

At the time of writing this article, pre-orders are not yet available: probably, we will have to wait for the release date to get closer. As for the in-game cosmetics and what the Fleet Force bundle will actually include, this one will unlock a new glider and what appears to be a set of special picks. A price has not yet been announced for the new Joy-Con, but usually when these limited editions come out, the two controllers of Nintendo Switch they come sold for around $ 79.99. The company released a special edition Switch console with matching Joy-Con’s last year based on Fortnite, and while this newly announced pair of Joy-Con’s may look similar, they’re actually slightly different. This time, the left Joy-Con is blue while the right is yellow, and unlike the Joy-Con that came out with the Switch Special Edition, the blue controller in this set does not feature the iconic bus logo. Additionally, the yellow Joy-Con in this set features the face of Peely the Banana, which is not featured on last year’s yellow Joy-Con.

As for the game, after rumors and rumors about the contents of Fortnite Season 6, it was Epic Games itself to announce the final event of the Zero Crisis, which will put an end to the current scenario by putting players in front of new challenges in an in-game event that, as always, promises to be spectacular. And, in a few months, it can be played with two brand new Joy-Con.
