Release Date Announced for Enhanced Version of Master Chief Collection in Series XIS

Although Halo Infinite won’t be coming to Xbox Series X next November, the FPS series will have a big presence on Microsoft’s new console. A few moments ago it was revealed that the Master Chief Collection will have a next-gen version with a couple of pretty cool additions.

In addition to everyone the games in the collection will be optimized for Xbox Series X|S we will have 120fps in the campaign and multiplayer. In Series X the package will have 4K support, something that will also improve split-screen co-op.

It’s time to dust off the ol’ Needler.

These improvements will be available from November 17 on Xbox Series X|S for all those who already have the Master Chief Collection, or plan to enter the world of Halo for the first time on Game Pass. It may not be Infinite, but fans of the series will have several games at their disposal with higher performance and visual improvements.
