Super Mario Galaxy on Switch Lite will need an extra pair of Joy-Con

After several months full of rumours, Nintendo confirmed today that Super Mario 64, Super Mario Sunshine and Super Mario Galaxy are coming to Switch thanks to the collection of Super Mario 3D All Stars next September 18. But nevertheless, a couple of changes were necessary to achieve this.

In the specific case of Super Mario Galaxy, Nintendo has mentioned that an extra pair of Joy-Cons will be necessary if you decide to play together with Co-Star mode on a Switch Lite.. This can be a problem for many, however, considering that the multiplayer component of this game boils down to simply pointing at the screen to collect star bits, you won’t be missing out on a pretty tough co-op experience.

One of the best sections of this collection is the fact that you can enjoy 175 songs that you can listen to at any time and take a break from your adventure through different worlds and galaxies. You can check out the trailer for Super Mario 3D All Stars here. Similarly, Super Mario 3D World will also come to the Switch.
