WebCongress: Marcelo Liberini, digital head of the most important media group in Colombia

Bogotá is preparing to receive a new edition of Webcongress with all the innovation and business of digital marketing.

Marcelo Liberini is one of the speakers who will be part of the congress of innovation that will take place in March.

Marcelo is listed as one of the forerunners of the digital industry in Argentina, he was behind the construction of the first commercial purely IP data network in that country.
