You can now use your cell phone as a Joy-Con for the Nintendo Switch
Joy-Cons aren’t the best controllers on the market, especially when compared to the DualShock 4 and Xbox One controller. On top of this, overuse of Nintendo controllers can cause the infamous “joy-con drift.” If you don’t have the money to buy more Joy-Cons, or just want to take great care of your Animal Crossing special edition controller, you can always choose to use an Android phone instead.
A fan has shared a video on the Nintendo Switch subreddit, where you can clearly see how he uses an Android app to replace a Joy-Con with a cell phone. The app goes by the name of JoyCon Droid and it practically gives you the opportunity to use a virtual controller.
